At the end of every symbolic ceremony we lead, you sign a symbolic wedding certificate. It is printed on Florentine-style parchment, in Italian or English, and personalised for you.
Signing it is a lovely moment in front of your guests, and a favourite photo for many couples. Afterwards you take it home as a memory of your day in Italy.
Good to know
It is not a legal marriage certificate
The symbolic certificate has no legal value and cannot be registered anywhere. It celebrates your commitment; it does not change your legal status.
If you want to be legally married, you need a civil ceremony in Italy or a legal wedding at home. Many couples do the legal part at home and keep the symbolic certificate as the memory of their celebration in Italy.
