An elopement can be a sunrise ceremony in the Tuscan hills, a terrace above the sea on the Amalfi Coast or a quiet garden in a historic villa. We write your ceremony with you, exactly as we would for a large wedding.
We love elopements, and Tuscany has a special place in our hearts: rolling hills, cypress avenues, vineyards and medieval villages make it one of the most beautiful places in Italy to elope.

- Rituals chosen with you, such as handfasting, a sand ceremony or a time capsule – wine box ceremony

Can we elope anywhere in Italy?
Yes. Our celebrants work all over Italy. Tell us the place you have in mind and we will check availability.
Can we elope in Tuscany?
Yes, and we love it. Tuscany is where IWC began, and its hills, vineyards and villages are perfect for an intimate ceremony.
Is an elopement legally valid?
A symbolic elopement has no legal value. If you want to marry legally in Italy, ask us about a civil ceremony.
Can we elope with just the two of us?
Yes. Many of our elopements are just the couple, the celebrant and sometimes a photographer.
How do we book?
Send us your date, place and languages. We usually reply quickly and suggest a call; if you have not heard from us, please check your spam folder.
How long is an elopement ceremony?
It depends on you. An elopement can be intimate and short, even around 15 minutes, or last up to about half an hour if you would like readings, a ritual or a few words from the people with you. We shape the length around your day.
